We want the credit system to be clear. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Unused packs can be reviewed manually.
Failed generations
If the provider reports a failed, canceled, moderated, or invalid generation, the reserved credits are returned to your wallet automatically. No support ticket is required for the automatic refund.
Unused credits
You may request a refund for an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been spent on a completed video are not refundable.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support@videobulin47.net with the order email, payment reference, and purchase date. We will investigate the payment record and coordinate any approved refund through Waffo Pancake.
Digital delivery
Credits are delivered immediately after verified payment. In the EU and UK, requesting immediate delivery may affect the statutory withdrawal right once credits are used.
